About Me

A Brief Introduction...
I am a stay-at-home mom of an amazing 2 year old, "C". She is the most amazing, sweet, curious child (I admit, I could be biased!). She reminds me daily of how important the small moments really are. Without her I would get too caught up in the "big" life events and would never notice those little things like how pretty leaves and flowers really are, how cool and interesting bugs are up close, or how precious a giggle can sound.
I am also a work-at-home mom, helping run a web, graphic, and CAD design business with my super-husband "T". I am the web developer, programmer, marketer, and business organizer. It is a blessing to be able to work at home and have "C" at home with me. It is also extremely difficult at times, but we are lucky to have our family live nearby to help.
I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis when I was 20 and have to deal with problems it creates as they happen. About 250,000 people in the US have MS, so even though it isn't an extremely rare disease it can still be difficult to explain or talk about with people. Luckily, there are lots of great resources online. The one site I found and that has been a blessing is Moms With MS. It is a great community filled with supportive moms that are also struggling with how MS affects their family and their lives.
I absolutely love my work as a website developer and designer. I'll be posting tutorials, tips, and resources as I can to help other web designers. If anyone needs help with a specific website problem just send me an email and I will try to help!
